Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Service contracts, not insurance
Homeowner Warranty Group and Vehicle Warranty Group offer service contracts. A service contract is not an insurance policy and is separate and distinct from any warranty that may be provided by a home builder or vehicle manufacturer. Coverage, terms, limits, and exclusions are governed solely by the service contract you receive upon enrollment — not by anything on this website.
Justified Warranty Protection markets and sells these coverage plans on behalf of Homeowner Warranty Group and Vehicle Warranty Group. We are the seller, not the administrator: once you enroll, your contract is administered by an independent third-party administrator, which is separate from WEP Warranty Holdings LLC and handles enrollment paperwork, service requests, and claims.
3. States where coverage is offered
Coverage under these programs is currently offered in: Missouri. We will update this list, and the FAQ on our homepage, as we begin offering coverage in additional states.
4. State-specific notices — Missouri
WEP Warranty Holdings LLC operates out of Missouri, so Missouri law is a starting point for how these coverage lines are structured:
- Missouri regulates motor vehicle service contracts under RSMo Chapter 385 (§385.200–385.222). Providers must file a registration with the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance and satisfy one of three financial-responsibility options: (1) a reimbursement insurance policy from an authorized insurer, (2) a funded reserve account of at least 40% of gross consideration plus a security deposit (minimum $25,000), or (3) a minimum $100 million net worth with audited financials. Providers must also give the contract holder a receipt and a copy of the contract within a reasonable time.
- The above statute is written for motor vehicle service contracts specifically; separate state requirements may apply to the home service contract line.
- Missouri requires fictitious names to be registered with the Secretary of State (RSMo §417.200–417.210). Justified Warranty Protection, Homeowner Warranty Group, and Vehicle Warranty Group are each filed with the Missouri Secretary of State and owned by WEP Warranty Holdings LLC.
5. This site does not display pricing
We do not publish plan pricing or tiers on this website. Pricing is individualized based on your home or vehicle, coverage selected, and location, and is provided directly to you after you request a quote.
6. Quote requests are not binding
Submitting a quote request through this site does not create coverage, a contract, or any obligation on either party. Coverage begins only once you have received and accepted a written service contract.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to request a quote or purchase coverage. You agree to provide accurate information.
8. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, and fictitious names on this site — including Justified Warranty Protection, Homeowner Warranty Group, and Vehicle Warranty Group — are owned by WEP Warranty Holdings LLC and may not be used without permission.
9. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
10. Disclaimer of warranties (website)
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEP Warranty Holdings LLC and its Justified Warranty Protection, Homeowner Warranty Group, and Vehicle Warranty Group programs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this website or your quote request, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under your service contract, which is governed by its own terms.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms, and any dispute arising from your quote request, this website, or your service contract, are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Binding arbitration. This is standard practice across this industry (Endurance, CarShield, and others all use it), so we're following the same pattern: any controversy, claim, or dispute between you and WEP Warranty Holdings LLC — or its Justified Warranty Protection, Homeowner Warranty Group, or Vehicle Warranty Group programs — arising out of or relating to this website, your quote request, or your service contract will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association's rules for consumer arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may instead bring an individual, qualifying claim in small claims court.
NO CLASS ACTIONS. DISPUTES MAY ONLY BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. NEITHER PARTY MAY BRING A CLAIM AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND AN ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE THE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON.
Unless you and we agree otherwise, arbitration will take place in Cass County, Missouri — the county of WEP Warranty Holdings LLC's registered address.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
